One of the more iconicu00a0Air Jordan 12u00a0releases is the u201cFlu Gameu201d edition, which was worn by Michael Jordan during Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz. His Airness put up 38-points all while suffering a flu-like symptoms.

Theu00a0Air Jordan 12 u201cFlu Gameu201du00a0was originally released back in 1997, then later retrou2019d in 2003, followed by another re-release in 2009. However, the 2009 pair didnu2019t meet u2018OGu2019 standards as they were built with a nubuck upper that included detailing on the heel as a nod to the year and points Michael Jordan scored that day.

Now theyu2019re finally set to return as a remastered version for 2016 and will release just like they did when they were OGs. The shoe features a full Black-based upper with Varsity Red accents throughout.

The Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 12 comes dressed in a Muslin, Black, and Burnt Sunrise color scheme. Design details include a Cream-colored leather upper paired up with the Light Brown spotted on the textured overlays, the mud splattered graphics on the heels, and rubber sole. Other features include the Metallic Gold upper eyelets, Eastside Golfu2019s logo on the tongues and hangtag along with the grass and dirt graphic insoles. Lastly, there are Grass Green hits applied on to the semi-translucent outsole and Jumpman logo. Oh yea, peep that fire packaging too!

Jordan 12 Retro Field Purple

The Air Jordan 12 Field Purple is another new colorway thatu2019s arriving on the silhouette as part of the brandu2019s Summer 2023 lineup. A first look of the sneaker has surfaced as the popular Jordan Brand silhouette is inspired by Gary Paytonu2019s Air Jordan 12 u201cLakersu201d PE and features an official color makeup of Black, Field Purple, Metallic Gold, and Taxi. The high top dons a Black tumbled leather on the majority of the upper with tonal detailing on the laces, tongues, and inner liner. Field Purple is then seen on the signature textured leather mudguard, midsole, and outsole along with Metallic Gold upper metal eyelets. The signature branding on the tongues and heels are done in purple and yellow to cap off the design.
