During the halftime performance at Super Bowl LIV, Latin sensation J Balvin unveiled a pair of signature tie-dye Jordan 1s that the world had never seen before. Then, in December of 2020, J Balvin and Jordan Brand got psychedelic and released the Air Jordan 1 High J Balvin.
The Air Jordan 1 High J Balvin features a layered tie-dye canvas upper with designed jagged edges to expose solid black leather patches. Exposed foam tongues give off a vintage feel to the shoe, while velcro patches on the heel depicting Jordan and J Balvin insignia provide wearers with the freedom to customize their pair. A light pink sole and J Balvinu2019s smiley face logo on the tongue and insole add the finishing touches to this one-of-a-kind Jordan 1.
The Jordan 1 High J Balvin was released in December of 2020.

| The experimental retro delivers a much more risk-taking color arrangement than has traditionally appeared on the Jordan’s 1u00a0u00a0tallest trim: A full-suede upper divvies up soft purple and blue tones throughout Peter Mooreu2019s iconic design. Standard branding, tongues, and collar panels deviate from the pastel-adjacent tones in favor of stark u201cBlacku201d contrast; the miniature swoosh on the lateral forefoot forgoes any of the aforementioned hues, instead of indulging in a teal-like color. Nicknamed “The 10” edition, this pair comes in the original Chicago-themed white, black, and varsity red colorway. Features a white, red, and black-based deconstructed leather upper with a Swooshless medial side branded with “Off-White for Nike Air Jordan 1, Beaverton, Oregon, USA u00a9 1985.” Other details include floppy ankle collars with hidden u201c85u201d written on the inside, an oversized off-centered Swoosh on the lateral sides, “Air” written on the midsole, and the word “Shoelaces” on the laces with no branding on the tongue. | JORDAN 1 RETRO HOMAGE TO HOMEThe Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Homage to Home” might be the only thing more Chicago than the bean in Millennium Park. These combine two all-time AJ1 favorites into one shoe, the Banned and the Chicago Bulls, by splitting the shoe down the middle. The “Forbidden” portion is on the lateral side while “Chicago” is on the medial. These were released in May 2018 and were not numbered like the previous limited release in Chicago.
